Symptoms
When using a ".as.csv" file to upload data to the rate_geo_refnum table in OTM, the process fails to load with the error: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: null.RateGeoRefnumData
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Business Process Automation -> Integration -> Upload an XML/CSV Transmission
2. Upload a file with the ".as.csv" file extension (something like TEST_RATE_GEO_REFNUM.as.csv)
3. It will fail with error:
