Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.2.3 version, User Management,
when attempting to edit a contact details in iStore, the following error occurs:
java.lang.ClassCastException: weblogic.jdbc.wrapper.PoolConnection_oracle_jdbc_driver_T4CConnection cannot be cast to oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleConnection
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to iStore > Profile > Administration > Contact Management.
2. Select a contact and try to change anything on it
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit contact information in iStore.
