Unable to do a negative correction on a receive transaction.
ERROR: "Unexpected User Exit Error(C), Coming from QT_EU.Create Tree"
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt do do a receipt correction for decimal quantity receipts
2. error is received.
