Symptoms

When exporting from the forms personalizations form FNDCUSTM, the following error occurs: 
FRM-40733:PL/SQL BUILT IN GET_GROUP_RECORD_NUMBER error is raised.

This can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Export from the forms personalization page.
2. Error occurs.
