How To Stop cc'd Emails Addressed To Email Center Accounts Reaching The Email Center. (Doc ID 2047821.1)

Goal

All Emails sent to Email Center enabled Email Accounts will be processed into Email Center. This is the case with both To: and CC: addressing.

 

At certain Customer Sites only emails sent to the To: address are required to be processed by the Email Center. This note explains possible ways to stop an Email Center from processing the CC: emails.
