Symptoms

When running the Period Actual Cost worker, the log shows the following error:
cst.plsql.CST_PacEamCost_GRP.InsertUpdate_PAC_assetPerBal.515 ORA-01400:
cannot insert NULL into  
("BOM"."CST_PAC_EAM_ASSET_PER_BALANCES"."INVENTORY_ITEM_ID")
