When attempting to update Assignment details, the following error occurs.

APP-PAY-06844: This operation invalidates Personal Payment Methods for the Assignment

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. Go to People > Enter and Maintain
3. Go to Assignment and update any of the assignment details and save
