Symptoms
Problem:
User is attempting to release two order base lines from two different order bases using "Simple Ready to Ship" in Actions and is receiving an error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Order Management>>Purchase Order>>Order Base Line and search for at least two order base lines that are from different Order Bases.
2. Select lines
3. From Actions, select "Ready to Ship" or "Simple Ready to Ship"
4. Observe that error is thrown
