Symptoms
When a user attempts to create a new Bucket Type and then clicks on "Total", the "Child Bucket Types" grid does not display.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Shipment Management->Power Data->SKU Types->Bucket Type->New
2. Click on the "Total" box
3. Observe that Child Bucket Types grid does not display
