Symptoms

Receive an error on Asset Key List of Values (LOV) in Project Capitalization form:
 


Projects Navigation:

Capitalization>Capital Projects>

Project Number is more than 15 characters:  XXXXXXXX-X-NN- X

Click "Assets" button
Enter asset name = test ,
Then go to Asset Detail tab
Click the Asset Key LOV
Receive the error
