Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
FSG reports are not displaying data exported to Excel. Reports exported to PDF or HTML display as expected.
Issue only occurs in one environment at the customer site (in this case production).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

FSG reports should display the same data exported to Excel as in the cases of PDF or HTML.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit new report from Report Manager
2. Check Excel output
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cannot have the full functionality of Report Manger in order to ease the work using excel feature.
