Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Querying person in People Management form with either SSN(Social Security Number) or Employee Number is taking time.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Open the Find Person window created with the People Management template.
  2.  Query person with either SSN or Employee Number.
  3.  Observed the performance issue.
