Symptoms
On Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Applications 12.2,
after configuring file systems and adding a secondary node, notice that all forms connections still goes to the primary node when the primary node is down and Application cannot be accessed and trying to start the secondary node without primary node errors:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Try to startup services on the secondary node when the primary node is down.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, when primary node goes down application is not accessible.
