Symptoms
The customer has multiple OTM web servers. Customer finds that when they create a saved query in one web server and then log out and into the second web server, and look for the saved query they do not see it. The customer uses a script that synchs the webservers.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to 01 webserver and create a saved query.
2. Click on save button and save the saved query with a unique name.
3. You can see and use the saved query in the 01 server.
4. Login to 02 webserver and look for the saved query, and observe that it is not available.
