Symptoms

When attempting to renew a Service contract and submit it for approval, the following error occurs.

Error
Internal Approval Failed

Steps
1. Renew a Service contract.
2. Submit the contract for approval.
3. The Negotiation Status changes to "Internal Approval Failed".
4. If contract is copied prior to submitting for approval, the copied contract is approved as expected.
