Symptoms

When running Security List Maintenance (LISTGEN), the following error occurs:

ORACLE error 1436 in FDPSTP
Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01436: CONNECT BY loop in user data
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_PYUCSLIS_PKG", line 414
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_PYUCSLIS_PKG", line 3349
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_PYUCSLIS_PKG", line 3
