Shipments Assigned to Capacity Usage from Previous Day (Doc ID 2055044.1)

Symptoms

When building a shipment for a particular day the Capacity Usage is assigned for the day prior.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Assign capacity usage for the same day as the shipment start time.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Create Order Release via Order Management>Order Release>Order Release

2.Create Capacity Group via operational Planning>Capacity Management>Capacity Group

3.Create Limit via operational Planning>Capacity Management>Capacity Limit

4.From the order actions create the shipment via Direct>Buy Shipment

5.Review the shipment in VIEW mode and you will see the Capacity Usage assigned to the shipment.

6.Navigate to Operational Planning>Capacity Management>Capacity Usage and search for start time dates

You will see the capacity usage date of the previous date
