Symptoms
When using the action 'Add Shipment Event' for a shipment and including a Reference Number on the new event, the following error is encountered upon saving the Event:
http://<otm_url>/GC3/glog.webserver.util.QueryResponseServlet&bcKey=new&action_name=shipment_status&finder_set_gid=BUY_SHIPMENT&management_action=go&finder_set_gid=BUY_SHIPMENT&#refnum_qual_grid is an untrusted relative URL.
