On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, BasicDet,Address,Phone,Contact

After applying <Patch 21193472>:R12.PER.B EXTRA CONTACT INFO DOES NOT DISPLAY DATA. Within Self Service Human Resources (SSHR) date tracking has been effected, around the Extra Contact Information DFF. 

It seems that the data displayed ignores Date Track functionality and therefore is returning either duplicate lines or the wrong record that is valid for the effective date.
