This note provides a brief overview of
Symptoms
Problem Statement:
Cost Codes List of Values(LOV) is not displaying the results with full cost combinations in Manager Self-Service. Only segment values enabled in the Flexfield Qualifier for assignment level are displayed, so multiple cost codes with same combinations are listed and manager does not know the correct cost codes to choose from.
This results in creating costing entries with wrong cost codes when running the Costing process.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Open the Assignment Costing page.
Responsibility: Manager Self Service.
(N) Assignment Costing > Select Action for the assignment - Enter the Effective Date and click "Continue".
- Click "Add Another Row" button.
- Click Cost Codes LOV and search for the combinations.
- Multiple records with same combinations listed in the Results.
