Supplier Notification Missing on iSupplier Portal Home page, when Purchase Order is 'Required Acknowledge' (Doc ID 2058564.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE

The Supplier user is not receiving a notification on the iSupplier Portal Home page when a Purchase Order (PO) is in 'Required Acknowledge' status.

 

STEPS TO REPLICATE

This issue can be re-produced with the below steps

  1. From Purchasing Super user responsibility
  2. Create a Purchase Order -> Set acceptance required as 'Document or shipment' on the PO Terms and Conditions.
  3. Approve the Purchase Order
  4. When a supplier user logs into the iSupplier Portal (set external iSP URL profile ), no notification was shown.
  5. Navigating to the detail query on Order's tab, status the PO is seen in the status of  'Requires Acknowledge'.

Workflow Error

Supplier Receiving Notifications in iSupplier Portal but Supplier Change Request flow gave below error when Planner Accept the Change
''PL/SQL procedure: PO_REQAPPROVAL_INIT1.GET_REQ_ATTRIBUTES Error: ORA-20002:
3103: Attribute 'FEDERAL_FLAG' does not exist for item
'POREQCHA/57002-21005-11001'.
