Supplier Notification Missing on iSupplier Portal Home page, when Purchase Order is 'Required Acknowledge'

Symptoms
ISSUE
The Supplier user is not receiving a notification on the iSupplier Portal Home page when a Purchase Order (PO) is in 'Required Acknowledge' status.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
This issue can be re-produced with the below steps
- From Purchasing Super user responsibility
- Create a Purchase Order -> Set acceptance required as 'Document or shipment' on the PO Terms and Conditions.
- Approve the Purchase Order
- When a supplier user logs into the iSupplier Portal (set external iSP URL profile ), no notification was shown.
- Navigating to the detail query on Order's tab, status the PO is seen in the status of 'Requires Acknowledge'.
