ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CANNOT CREATE RESERVATION FROM BATCH INGREDIENT LINE.
When trying to create the reservation from batch details form, getting following error:

FRM-40350 Query caused no records to be retrieved.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create batch
2. Try to create reservation: Production supervisor > batch details > Query batch
3. Chose an ingredient line : press button reservations
Find reservation form appears with Error:
FRM-40350 Query caused no records to be retrieved.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create manual reservation for batches.
Changes
This issue has been reported by customers having installed RPC patches like patch Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3+ Recommended Patch Collection 3 [RPC3] . This provided Forms Version : GMEBDTED.fmx version 12.0.168.12010000.105 and INVRSVF1.fmb 120.134.12010000.78. After installing this patch they found out that they are not able anymore to create the reservation from batch details form
