Symptoms
After upgrading to Release 12.2.X , when attempting to add a mass addition line with WEBAdi FA Integrator and a customized layout ,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Unable to load validator oracle.apps.fa.integrator.validators.FADeprnReserveValidator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Try loading an asset using web ADI
This can also present as the following error:
Web ADI cannot validate value for Asset Book.
This is particularly true if the book type code contains foreign characters such as those from the Cyrillic alphabet, and Group Assets are enabled in the book.
