Email Notifications in Inbox Folder are not Processed by Java Mailer

On : 22.214.171.124 version, Workflow Mailer
Email notifications in INBOX folder are not processed since yesterday.
Mailer is supposed to check every 60 seconds, however this is not happening.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Monitor Workflow IMAP account using an email client
