Symptoms
When the box for “nestable” on the THU associated to a ship unit, the order fails to plan with error 'java.lang.ArithmeticException: / by zero' after upgrading from OTM 6.2.x to OTM 6.3.x. This error is not happening in 6.2.x code version.
