iAssets Search Doesn't Display Complete Employee Name LOV (Doc ID 2060737.1)

 iAsset Search by employee name does not bring up complete LOV (list of values), it's not showing Employee-Applicant type employees


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iAssets search
2. Enter employee name search, ex.  XYZ%
3. Name not found
4. When searching by Asset # the asset is found assigned to Employee (XYZ%)

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find or reassign assets using employee name
