Symptoms
When attempting to Enter or Cancel a sales order line the following error occurs:
ERROR

Scheduling failed. ATP processing error
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Orders Workbench, Order Organizer > Enter or Query a Sales Order >
3. Enter or Cancel a sales Order line
4. Receive error: Scheduling failed. ATP processing error
