Users Can Not Enter Remarks With More Than 50 Characters While Adding Shipment Tracking Event For a Shipment

Symptoms
The screen does not let you type in more than 40 characters for the Remark when adding a Tracking Event to a Shipment. Although the length of the REMARK_TEXT is 4000 Byte in the IE_SS_REMARK table.
Go to Buy Shipment / enter a shipment id / click search / check the box next to the shipment / go to Actions / Events / Add Shipment Tracking Event / on the next screen/
Enter Responsible party
Enter a status code/ reason code
Enter a Event Date and Time and Stop number if applicable
Go to Remarks
Enter a comment - make sure it is more than 50 characters - It will stop you at 50 characters.
