Additonal DFF Shows Up For Canada And Mexico After Installed Brazil Localization Patches (Doc ID 2062180.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Additonal DFF shows up for Canada after installed Brazil localization patches  

We have 4 operating units. Each OU is for one country.
Those countries are US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil.
Recently we applied many Brazil localization patches. It introduced second DFF fields on sales order form.
We expect it only shows up in Brazil responsibilities.
But actually, it shows up in Canada and Mexico responsibilities as well.  

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the DFF to only show up in the Brazil Responsibilities

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
DFF setup:
Application - Regional Localizations
Title - JG_OE_ORDER_HEADER
Switched to a Brazil OM responsibility, open sales order form, it has one more DFF field.
Clicked on it, it opened “Additional information for Brazil”, which is correct.
Switched to a US OM responsibility, it doesn’t have this additional DFF, which is correct.
Switched to a Canada OM responsibility, it has this additional DFF.
Clicked on it, it opened “Additional information for Canada”. Selected context value, got No entries found.

This additional DFF should not show up at all, like US.
