ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Service tax lines on few foreign currency invoices not converted to INR from USD, where the item lines are converted as expected.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For any Foreign Currency AP invoice transaction, the 'View Accounting form' SHOULD SHOW correctly the CONVERTED amounts in the 'Accounted Dr. and Accounted Cr.' columns.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N)->India Local Payables
2. Create a foreign Currency AP invoice.
3. Attach Service taxes.
4. Create the Accounting.
5. Observe the accounting entries generated.
