Capacity Usage Query Returns Next Day Results Rather Than Day Selected Using "Same as" in Search Parameter (Doc ID 2062691.1)

Last updated on JULY 20, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management - Version 6.0 to 6.4.1 [Release 6 to 6.4]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Customer has noticed when they search capacity usage for a service provider, and query using today's date with a qualifier of "Same As", the results are not as expected. The capacity usage detail returned is for the day after today. This is observed using any date for which a capacity usage exists. i.e if you query using a date a week in the future, it will always return capacity usage information for that day +1 (always the day after the date queried.)

-----------------------

REPLICATION:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a capacity usage for a Service Provider
2. Navigating to Operational Planning>>Capacity Management>>Capacity Usage:
3. Enter any date in Start Date Field and make sure qualifier is "Same As" and click Search
4) Observe that the Capacity Usage details are for the day after the date queried.
