On : 12.1.3, Login page issues
Actual Behavior:

When the E-Business Suite Login page is opened, the cursor focus is not on the 'Username' field.
Expected Behavior:
-----------------------
When the Login page is opened, the cursor focus should automatically start at the Username field.
Steps To Reproduce:
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the E-Business Suite login page.
2. Confirm whether the Cursor focus starts at the username field by default.
Business Impact

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to the issue, users must click on the username field in order to enter their username and login.
