Pick Release Succeeds but Nothing is Pick Released (Doc ID 2064079.1)

Symptoms

The Pick Release debug log file shows message Pick Release completed Successfully.  However, when you query the order in the Shipping Transactions form, you find that the delivery detail lines that should have been pick released are still in status Ready to Release

In the Pick Release debug log file, search for the following:  "No Lines selected for org xxx" where xxx is the organization id.  If this is found, Pick Release did not find any delivery details that are eligible for Pick Release.
