When Shipments are Created Manually, Shipments Equipment are Found to be Missing After Pressing Finished and Querying the Same Shipments Again.

Symptoms
Shipment Equipment go missing for shipments which are created manually by clicking New button from Buy Shipments in OTM 6.3.7.
Shipment appears to be created successfully but the equipment is missing.
Equipment should not be missing after manual Shipment creation.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Shipment is created manually - TEST_SHIPMENT
Add required fields like Locations and a SEquipment and press Finished.
When re-querying the TEST_SHIPMENT, the S Equipment added is missing. Even the Save button is missing.
