On : 12.1 HRMS RUP8 version, Core Payroll - General

When attempting to run HRGLOBAL for US Legislation the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Execute DataInstall utility.  Re-Select Global PER, US PER, US PAY legislations and  explicitly  select Jit/Geocode for Install.
     Make sure the column 'Action' has 'Install'

2.  Use adpatch to apply $PER_TOP/patch/115/driver/hrglobal.drv
