GLXOCPER: Attempt to Close GL Period Form Hangs and Period not Closed (Doc ID 2066223.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Attempt to close GL Period : Form hangs and period not closed

Try to close GL period using "Open and Close Periods" from form GLXOCPER Form Version : 12.0.23.12010000.2
Setting the status of the period to "Closed", the form cannot be closed.
Try to exit Oracle Applications, Oracle Applications doesn't close and "Open and Close Periods" form remains open with no data in it.
Logging back to Oracle Applications (after ending the MS Windows process),it can be seen that the period is still open.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect for the period to close after closing the form

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Setup forms and programs
2. Open/Close
3. Change the status to Closed
4. Close the form

Note: the form will not necessarily hang, there were similar symptoms reported where the form did close but it did not trigger any process to actually change the status for the period.

Changes

 Upgraded the version of file GLXOCPER
