Symptoms

In Fusion Transportation Intelligence (FTI) Dash Board, unable to create a new KPI Watchlist
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

FTI -> AdHoc Query ->KPI Watchlist

The page keeps showing the spinning wheel and does not open.
