Symptoms

When attempting to process Sales Order transactions to Install Base, the following error occurs.

ERROR

 'OKC_CONTRACTS_REQUIRED_VALUE (COL_NAME=Bill to id is not Valid)'

 'OKC_CONTRACTS_REQUIRED_VALUE (COL_NAME=Ship to id is not Valid)'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create and process a Sale Order for an Install Base trackable Item that includes a warranty

2. Observe that the transaction fails in the IB Interface with the noted error
