Symptoms

Getting the following error when attempting to submit a Charges line in the Service Request form for certain items.

FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01086

STEPS
----------------
1. Create Service Request
2. Navigate to Charges Tab
3. Add charge lines and try to submit
