Error APP-PO-14090: Document Was Not Created" Error Occurs Attempting to Create Releases in the Autocreate Purchase Order Form from Specific Purchase Requisitions (Doc ID 2069462.1)

User is trying to use the autocreate form and create a release against a blanket purchase order/agreement (BPA) based on specific Purchase Requisitons.

See errors that occur below


Error that occurs using the Manual Method in the Autocreate form
APP-PO-14090: Document was not created.
Possible causes:
1) An exception occurred in the PO Account Generator workflow during the document creation process.
2) Some other error occurred during the document creation process.

Error that occurs using the Automatic Method in the Autocreate form
APP-PO-14024: You cannot automatically autocreate a blanket release because at least one requisition line: xxxxxxx, 1 has a one-time item on it. Please use the manual mode and select the blanket purchase order source line against which you wish to create the release.


Steps to Reproduce


1. Navigate to the autocreate form

2. Query the requisiton in question

3. Select Manual or Automatic and attempt to release against the specific blanket
