Unable To Query A New Shipment When 50 Shipments Without Appointments Are Already Showing In The "Manage Appointments" Screen (Doc ID 2069603.1)

Symptoms

When trying to put the Shipment ID in the Operation Planning -> Appointment Management -> Dock and Yard Managers screen, not able to find a Shipment though the Shipment ID is a valid one.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Operation Planning -> Appointment Management -> Dock and Yard management screen
2. Put Shipment ID, and press search and the page does not show the details of Shipment ID even though the Shipment ID is a valid one.
