Integration Saved Query Not Working (Doc ID 2070930.1)

Symptoms

There is a Shipment with a associated Global Trade Management (GTM )Transaction. An XML (which has a integration saved query to fetch the GTM Transaction using the Object_Id which is the Shipment_Gid) is sent as a inbound transmission. Expectation is that once the gtm transaction is fetched, it should update that gtm transaction with the values passed in the xml.

 This is not happening and error as seen below is thrown


STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Business Process Automation>>Transmission Manager>>Send a Inbound transmission
2. See the transmission report
