Unable To Start Applications Services (adstrtal.sh) After Cloning (Doc ID 2071819.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Applications 12.2.4 version, Rapidclone

After cloning node Applications services will not come up. Cloning was performed as per following notes:

ERRORS

1. File: Cloning log files show relinking issues:
