Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Patch Application Issues
When attempting to run cutover phase after patch 21624661 is applied successfully the following error is found in Database Alert log file. This issue could occur regardless the patch applied.

ERROR: InDbCtxFile.uploadCtx() : Exception : Error executng BEGIN fnd_gsm_util.upload_context_file(:1,:2,:3,:4,:5); END;: 1; Oracle error -4031: ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4160 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","sga heap(1,0)","modification ") has been detected in FND_GSM_UTIL.upload_context_file.
