iSupport: Error In Downloading Product From Accounts

When attempting to download Account > Products list of Install Base products, the following error appears in the spreadsheet output:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: strict servlet API: cannot call getWriter() after getOutputStream()
(N) Account -> Product tab
- Click on Download button
- Save Excel file
- Open file and it includes HTML tags rather than the Installed Base list.
