When employee is transferred mid month, payroll is not getting calculated in two organizations properly (Doc ID 2072957.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When employee is transferred from Payroll A to B in Mid of Payroll period, then Payroll B is processing the Element Entries belongs to Payroll A

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Payroll B should not process the Element Entries belongs to Payroll A

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Defined element with proration event group and Element link based on Payroll

  2. In mid of the period (15-JAN-2015) payroll is changed for the employee from A to B. There are two entries for the employee

      01-JAN-2015 14-JAN-2015 A LinkP1
      15-JAN-2015 31-DEC-4712 B LinkP2

  3. Ran payroll B with date paid 31-JAN-2015 then two entries are processing in payroll run.

      But element entry1 belongs to payroll A. It should not process in Payroll run of 31-JAN-2015
