When Order Release Has Order Movement Then Bulk Planning Doesn't Delete The Old Order Movement

Symptoms
When having an Order Release with an Order Movement, when bulk planning the Order Release, it is creating a new Order Movement, but the previous is not deleted.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Order Release with the related Order Movement.
2. Bulk Plan the Order Release using DEFAULT Planning Parameter Set.
A new Order Movement is created. The old one is not deleted.
