Symptoms

Tax rows to not generate in the ra_cust_trx_line_gl_dist_all table causing unbalanced distributions and the credit memo fails posting.

The ra_customer_trx_lines_all table is missing the previous_customer_trx_id and previous_customer_trx_line_id for several rows.
The underlying causes of this is that the zx_lines table is missing several ADJUSTED_DOC_TAX_LINE_ID values
Because this table is missing some values, the lines table is not picking up the 'previous' column references correctly.
