Optimal OPP Process / Response Timeout Profile Setting

Will increasing the profiles "Concurrent:OPP Response Timeout" and/or "Concurrent:OPP Process Timeout", currently at 120 and 300 respectively, resolved the following error message?
"Post-processing of request 17395466 failed at 30-OCT-2015 15:54:50 with the error message:
One or more post-processing actions failed. Consult the OPP service log for details."

Doc ID 1989735.1 suggests 8000 as profile option values. Would you recommend we change to 8000? Will there be performance issues with this high value?
