Symptoms

When running PAIGEN PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project or PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Range of Projects the following error occurs:

Error - Get GL-PA Dates and Periods API
Return Code : NO_PRVDR_GL_DATE
Could not create a valid GL date for provider
Error Code : NO_PA_DATE
No open Project Accounting period
ORACLE error during DRAFT INVOICE GENERATION (cursor=0 code=0: ORA- 01403: no data found)
PAI_ORACLE_ERROR
cursor=0 code=0: ORA-01403: no data found
c_get_gl_date NOTFOUND
x_error_code is [NO_PRVDR_GL_DATE]
